• Cost for accommodation, activities and food per student per day is USD 15.00 or ZMK equivalent. 
• Cost for accommodation and food per driver per day is USD 10.00 or ZMK equivalent.
• Half days are charged at USD10.00 per student.
• Discounts are offered for groups of over 20 students.
• Maximum number of students on a course is twenty-eight (28)
• Length of the course is flexible from 3-7 days but a 5 day course is preferable (Mon-Fri)
• Groups with 12 members or under are charged at 20 US$ per day, 15 US$ per 1/2 day.
• Overseas Groups, adults and Corporate groups are charged at 25 US$ per day.

A course can be designed from the activities to suit the needs of the group. A standard five-day course is available for both Primary and Secondary age groups if required.

A deposit is required when a booking has been made.

(2) We will get back to you with availability information and give you details of costs for trip and ask for 40% deposit.

(3) On receipt of deposit, your booking is confirmed. Cancellation within 6 weeks of your visit will require a 60% cancellation charge. Once booking has been confirmed, if numbers reduce within 6 weeks of your visit, you will be liable to pay 60% cancellation charge for each place.
